ICR Managing Partner Chris Corcoran has spent nearly 30 years developing and managing marketing programs and operations for hundreds of international corporations, organizations and governmental agencies. Chris has counseled CEOs of Fortune 5 companies, created well-known brands and developed fully-integrated quality assurance programs, including ISO9000 service certifications.  Chris' passion is innovatively solving problems with appropriate technologies, processes and procedures - simply and effectively.  As a LiveNote Certified Multi-Media Expert, Chris is responsible for the integration of leading edge technologies, marketing and education at ICR, routinely conducting Bar Association CLE events to help attorneys understand and implement the latest litigation support technologies.  Chris holds a a graduate law degree.

ICR Founder Jeannette W. Iwado has been a moving force in court reporting in the Hawaiian Islands. As the founder of Iwado Court Reporters and board member of the Hawaii Board of Certified Reporters, Jeannette pioneered the development of reporting standards and technologies.  Through ICR, she established new benchmarks in service, quality and support for the legal community.  As a working reporter, Jeannette continues to bring her special blend of professional expertise and personal attention to everything she does.  Jeannette serves as ICR's Managing Reporter.
